Meet Todd Shulman

Founder and Principal, TruER

TruER is led by Todd Shulman, an Employee Relations and HR leader with 10+ years of experience supporting employees through performance concerns, workplace investigations, conflict, and transitions. He has held Employee Relations and HR leadership roles at Palo Alto Networks, Tesla, Workday, and Symantec, and he currently serves as a global Employee Relations leader at Scale AI.

Todd has worked inside fast-moving organizations where these situations unfold every day. That insider perspective helps clients understand how decisions tend to get made, what signals to take seriously, and how to respond without overreacting.

Todd also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business, where he teaches foundational professional development skills to emerging leaders.
